Waterfall What is missing in modern yoga? Pranayama – or Conscious Breath. We need to emphasise Breathing. It’s hard, it’s not interesting and in the short parameters normally available in a yoga session, to teach a proper ‘seat’ and sit quietly for half the class could mean the next class is empty as people expect movement.

However, your breath is a reflection of who you are. The practice itself is very effective if you stick with it.
